Episode 2: The 'Real Tea' on ADHD
Welcome back for Episode 2 of the Got Your Back Podcast! In this episode, we do a deep dive into ADHD, some of its key diagnostic features and traits, as well as how it can present in those that have a more internal presentation. We then address common misconceptions that we see and hear in society and on social media, some of the barriers and difficulties with decreased awareness of differing ADHD features and presentations. We also share our own diagnosis journeys and some of the lessons, reflections and themes that standout along the way.
